The Kode ABS Compatible Series utilizes ABS’s Vario system to bring Kode features and function to airbag avalanche protection. These
packs utilize ABS’s standard zippered attachment via the backpanel to integrate the pack with the Vario system. The Kode ABS Compatible
42 features top lid and panel access in a large, guide worthy pack, while the Kode ABS Compatible 22+10 features expandable access to
the dry compartment for varying loads.

1 The Kode ABS Series features a removable zip-off pack body that is compatible with the ABS® Vario Base Unit providing optimal
safety and peace of mind in the backcountry (sold separately)
2 An extra-large front panel provides convenient j-zip access to an avalanche safety kit compartment with shovel and probe sleeves
3 Glove friendly zipper pulls and quick release buckles allow for quick and easy use
4 An internal pocket lined with a heat embossed, scratch free material delivers secure and protected goggle carry
5 A stowable helmet carry system provides stable, secure carry of helmet
6 A contoured EVA foam harness featuring an insulated hydration hose sleeve, adjustable sternum strap and rescue whistle buckle delivers stable, comfortable carry
7 Reinforced upper/lower carry straps allow for stable and secure diagonal ski carry as well as vertical snowboard carry
8 Strategically placed reinforced wear points protect the pack from metal edge abrasion and deliver the utmost in overall durability
9 A single ice tool loop provides secure ice tool carry
10 The LightWire™ peripheral frame and HDPE Framesheet work in conjunction with a thermoformed contoured snowshed backpanel to provide optimal gear carrying suspension
11 Dual zippered backpanel entry to the pack’s main compartment and sewn-in hydration sleeve provides quick accessibility to internal contents
12 A contoured EVA foam hipbelt featuring an ErgoPull™ closure and zippered fabric hipbelt pockets provides optimal fit and load transfer
